Prices checked on September 27, 2026. Feature claims re-checked on October 9, 2026. This comparison is for coaches choosing between Everfit and Kahunas, with UltraFit360 alongside as a third option. We cover pricing, programming, nutrition, forms, messaging, lead capture, booking, teams, payments and branded apps, using each vendor's own pricing, features and help pages. "Not listed" means we could not find it on those pages.
Quick verdict
The two platforms charge in very different ways. Everfit starts with a Starter (Forever Free) plan for up to 5 clients, then scales Pro and Studio prices across wide client-count ranges and sells payments, automation and meal plans as add-ons. Kahunas uses three flat plans with client caps of 25, 50 and unlimited, and puts nutrition plans, check-in forms and workouts in every tier. If you want a free place to start, Everfit is the one. If you want a predictable bill with the core features included, Kahunas is easier to reason about.

Pricing summary (Everfit and Kahunas)
Everfit: Starter is $0/month for up to 5 clients. Pro runs $16–$255/month billed annually or $19–$290/month billed monthly, scaling from 5 to 300+ clients. Studio runs $88–$358/month billed annually or $105–$430/month billed monthly, for 50 to 500+ clients, and Enterprise is custom. Add-ons include Autoflow at $24–$29/month and up, On-Demand Collections at $21–$25/month, Payments & Packages at $8–$9/month and Meal Plans & Recipe Books at $33–$39/month (everfit.io/pricing, checked September 27, 2026). For the full breakdown see Everfit pricing in 2026.
Kahunas: Essentials is $35/month or $315/year for up to 25 clients, Growth is $69/month or $621/year for up to 50, and Ultimate is $99/month or $900/year with unlimited clients, with a 14-day free trial (kahunas.io, checked September 27, 2026). See Kahunas pricing in 2026 for the details.
Where Everfit is stronger
Everfit has the only genuinely free tier of the two. Starter supports up to 5 clients with a workout builder, a custom exercise library, metrics and progress photos, tasks and messaging, so a new coach can run a real roster before paying anything. Pro lists booking and scheduling, forms, habit coaching and team member management together, and Studio adds group chat, broadcast messages and an on-demand training portal. If you want group chat and broadcast messages, or sell on-demand content, Everfit lists tools for that on Studio.
Where Kahunas is stronger
Kahunas puts more of the core coaching workflow in every plan. Unlimited workout plans, unlimited nutrition plans with a 1.6M verified food database, custom check-in forms and messaging with voice notes all sit in Essentials. Its Ultimate plan is a flat price for unlimited clients, with branded iOS and Android apps and team members, which makes it simpler to forecast than a price that scales with client count. Lead generation forms arrive at Growth, whereas Everfit lists no enquiry form. The trade-off is that no permanent free plan is listed: after the 14-day free trial, you pay.
Where UltraFit360 fits
UltraFit360 includes a lead page, a booking page and a check-in inbox alongside the training tools. Three things stand out:
- Lead page and booking page together. A qualified enquiry form feeds a pipeline, and a separate booking page lets prospects pick a time within your hours, notice window and booking window, in their own timezone.
- One check-in inbox. Questionnaires go out on a schedule or on demand, and answers, progress photos, weight, body fat, sleep and steps land in a single review inbox, with a downloadable photo collage.
- Client data after coaching ends. The client keeps their workouts, meals, weight and photos in their app. Their app reverts to the AI coach, and you lose access to their health data. See how clients keep their data.
What it does not do: there is no client payments or billing feature, so you collect fees outside the platform. Chat is one-to-one, is not instant and has no attachments, which is a real gap next to Kahunas's voice notes and Everfit's group chat on Studio.
What we did not include
Neither vendor's pricing page names wearable integrations: Everfit's page does not list brands such as Apple Health or Garmin, and the Kahunas pages do not mention wearables at all. We did not research what each vendor does with client data when coaching ends, so ask them before you commit. If any of these matter to your workflow, ask the vendor before you commit.
Who should choose what
Choose Everfit if you want to start at no cost with up to 5 clients, or you want group chat and broadcast messages, on-demand content or a roster that could grow well past 500.
Choose Kahunas if you want nutrition plans, check-in forms and workouts in every tier, a fixed price per tier and the option of your own branded apps at the top plan.
Choose UltraFit360 if enquiries, bookings, check-ins and nutrition in one workflow matter more to you than built-in payments, and you want clients to keep their history after coaching ends. More comparisons are in our Kahunas alternatives and Everfit alternatives posts.
