Prices checked on September 27, 2026. This is for coaches deciding between Trainerize and Everfit as their client management platform, or looking at UltraFit360 as a third option. We compare the client-facing app, programming tools, nutrition, check-ins, lead capture, booking, teams, payments and what happens to a client's data when coaching ends.
Quick verdict
Trainerize and Everfit are both client management platforms built around a coach dashboard and a branded client app, with add-ons for payments and custom branding. Trainerize's strength is its tiered pricing that scales cleanly from a single free client up to a 1,000-client studio; Everfit's strength is that more is bundled into its Starter and Pro tiers before you need an add-on, including forms, booking and custom branding. UltraFit360 is a newer platform built specifically for solo coaches and small teams — it covers programming, nutrition, check-ins, lead capture and booking without client payments or a custom-branded app, and its differentiator is that a client keeps their training history when the coaching relationship ends.
Either Trainerize or Everfit is a reasonable choice for a coach running a paid roster today. The differences that matter most in practice are how much you get on the free or lowest tier, how payments and branding are packaged, and what each platform says — or doesn't say — about lead capture, booking and what happens to a client's data once you stop coaching them. We've pulled every figure below directly from each vendor's own pricing page, and left anything not explicitly stated marked as "Not stated" rather than guessing.

Pricing summary (Trainerize and Everfit)
Trainerize: starts at $0/month for 1 coaching client, then scales through paid tiers from $9/month (2 clients) up to $248/month+ for 500+ clients, with add-ons for payments and branding on top (trainerize.com/pricing, checked September 27, 2026).
Everfit: starts at $0/month for up to 5 clients on its Forever Free Starter plan, then its Pro tier scales $16–$255/month billed annually ($19–$290/month monthly) as client count rises from 5 to 300+, with a Studio tier and custom Enterprise pricing above that (everfit.io/pricing, checked September 27, 2026).
Where Trainerize is stronger
Trainerize's pricing ladder is the most granular of the two: you can start on a genuinely free single-client plan and move up in small steps as your client count grows, right up to a 1,000+ client studio tier with a dedicated account manager. If your business model is "start with one client on a free plan and scale a large roster over years," Trainerize's tier structure is built for exactly that.
Where Everfit is stronger
Everfit bundles more into its lower tiers. Its free Starter plan already includes a custom exercise library, a workout builder and progress photos for up to 5 clients — more than Trainerize's free Basic plan covers. Its Pro tier includes booking and scheduling, forms and questionnaires, and custom branding together, where Trainerize spreads similar features across separate add-ons and higher tiers. If you want fewer separate purchase decisions and more included at the mid-tier, Everfit's packaging is simpler to reason about.
Where UltraFit360 fits
UltraFit360 is built for coaches who want programming, nutrition and client communication in one place, without needing to add a payments module or a branded app to get the core workflow. Five things stand out against Trainerize and Everfit:
- Client data after coaching ends. When you stop working with a client, their workouts, meals, weight and progress photos stay in their app. Their app switches to the AI coach, and your access to their ongoing health data ends — you keep a read-only view of past check-ins. Neither Trainerize's nor Everfit's pricing pages state what happens to client data when coaching ends.
- A lead page and booking calendar together. Your own lead page collects qualified enquiries and feeds a pipeline you move from New to Contacted to Converted. A separate booking page lets prospects book an intro call in their own timezone, with configurable hours, notice and booking window. Trainerize doesn't state lead capture on its pricing page; Everfit's booking is a Pro-tier feature and doesn't mention lead capture either.
- Check-ins with photos in one inbox. A nine-answer-type questionnaire builder covers intake forms and weekly check-ins, sent on a schedule or on demand. Answers, progress photos, weight, body fat, sleep and steps land in a single review inbox, and you can compare 2–4 progress photos in a downloadable collage.
- AI Meal Planner and PDF import. Set calories, macros, meal split, diet type, cuisine, allergies and ingredients to use or avoid and get a full plan, or upload a PDF plan you already use and have it become meals your client can follow. You can also build plans manually at the ingredient level.
- Teams. Invite coaches by email or invite code as a coach or head coach, keep a shared client pool you assign from, and see a team dashboard with every coach's load and every client.
What it doesn't do: there's no client payments or billing feature, so you'll still collect fees outside the platform, and there's no custom-branded app for your clients.
What we didn't include
Trainerize's pricing page doesn't state a library size for its base exercise video library outside the tiers noted above, so we've left that figure out rather than estimate it. The same goes for named wearable integrations on Everfit's pricing page — it mentions HSA/FSA compatibility but doesn't list specific device brands the way Trainerize does with Garmin, Withings and Fitbit. If a specific integration matters to your workflow, check the vendor's help center directly before you commit.
Who should choose what
Choose Trainerize if you want the widest pricing ladder from a single free client to a large multi-coach studio, and you're willing to add payments and branding as separate purchases when you need them.
Choose Everfit if you want more bundled into a lower tier — booking, forms and branding together on Pro — and you're comfortable with pricing that scales by client count within each tier.
Choose UltraFit360 if your priority is programming, nutrition and check-ins in one workflow with a lead page and booking calendar built in, and you value your clients keeping their training history when the relationship ends, over having payments or a branded app built into the platform.
Frequently asked questions
Is Trainerize or Everfit better for a brand-new coach with one or two clients?
Both have a free tier at that size. Trainerize's Basic plan covers one client; Everfit's Starter (Forever Free) plan covers up to five clients and includes a custom exercise library, workout builder and inbox messaging, which is more room to grow before you have to pick a paid plan.
Which one has stronger nutrition tools?
Everfit includes food journal and macro tracking with basic meal plans from its Pro tier, with an auto-generated meal plan add-on above that. Trainerize adds meal and macro tracking from its Grow tier and sells a separate Advanced Nutrition add-on for a smart meal planner and a recipe library.
Do Trainerize or Everfit include client payments?
Trainerize sells a Stripe Payments add-on for $10/month. Everfit sells a Payments & Packages add-on for $8–$9/month. Neither includes billing in its base plan.
Where does UltraFit360 fit next to Trainerize and Everfit?
UltraFit360 covers programming, an exercise library, nutrition through an AI Meal Planner and PDF import, check-ins with photos, a lead page, a booking calendar and team support, with clients keeping their training history after coaching ends. It doesn't handle client payments or a custom-branded app.
