This guide follows COROS's Apple Health page, its supported-apps list and its release notes, and says where COROS stays silent. For a wider look at the platforms, see the Apple Health vs Health Connect guide.
What COROS Shares With Apple Health and Health Connect
COROS's Apple Health page names six data types. Two more appear in release notes. COROS publishes no per-type list for Health Connect, so those cells read "Not listed by COROS".

How to Connect COROS to Apple Health
COROS describes this as receiving daily and training data from the COROS app in Apple Health. As of October 2026, the steps are:
- Open the COROS app and go to Profile page โ Setting โ 3rd Party Apps โ Data Sync โ Apple Health.
- On the settings page that appears, select the data types to sync to Apple Health.
COROS adds that these choices can be edited later in the Apple Health app:
- Open Apple Health and access the profile via the top right corner.
- Locate Privacy and tap Apps.
- Select COROS and enable the supported data types: Cycling Distance, Heart Rate, Sleep Analysis, Steps, Swimming Distance and Walking + Running Distance.
How to Connect COROS to Health Connect
Health Connect is built into Android 14 and later and is a Play Store app on Android 13 and earlier. Google documents the way in as follows:
- On Android 14 and up, open Settings, then tap Security and privacy โ Privacy Controls โ Health Connect.
- On Android 13 and lower, download the Health Connect app from the Play Store, open Settings, tap Apps โ All apps โ Health Connect, then tap Open.
COROS publishes no separate Health Connect setup page. Its supported-apps page says to connect a new app at COROS app โ Profile page โ Settings โ 3rd Party Apps โ Data Sync, and lists Health Connect there for Android users. On the Health Connect side, Google documents how to allow an app:
- In Health Connect, tap Get Started.
- Under "Permissions and data," tap App permissions.
- Turn on the app to sync, select the data permissions to share, then tap Allow.
Google adds that some apps may need the sync to start from inside the connected app itself.
Does COROS Read Data From Apple Health or Health Connect?
COROS does not document it. The Apple Health page describes data going from the COROS app to Apple Health. For history stored in Apple Health, COROS's import guide uses a different route: it exports Apple activities with HealthFit or RunGap and uploads them to the COROS account through the COROS Training Hub, and
What Stays Inside the COROS App
COROS's Apple Health page lists six data types, and its release notes add activity energy and sleep resting heart rate. Anything else is not documented as shared:
- HRV, SpO2, respiratory rate and temperature are not listed for either platform.
- Weight and body composition are not listed for either platform.
- COROS's own metrics, such as training load and fitness scores, are not listed.
Why Your Numbers Don't Match
- The watch syncs to the app first. COROS says that after a workout the device syncs automatically to the COROS account on the phone if a Bluetooth connection is established. If the data is missing, open the Progress page, pull down and release until the syncing progress shows.
- Duplicate sources. Apple Health uses a priority system for each data type. To reorder it, open Health, tap the Browse tab, choose a category and a subcategory, scroll down, tap Data Sources & Access, tap Edit, then drag the source up or down. Apple notes that new apps or devices are listed at the top automatically.
- Health Connect merges. Health Connect merges data when several apps write the same type, such as steps, and gives priority to the app higher on the list. Change the order under Manage Data โ Data sources and priority.

Using COROS Data in UltraFit360
UltraFit360 reads from Apple Health and Health Connect, so whatever the COROS app writes there becomes available to it once you grant permission. Based on COROS's Apple Health page, that includes steps, distance, heart rate and sleep on iPhone. COROS publishes no data list for Health Connect, so Android users should check what appears in Health Connect itself.
UltraFit360 does not connect to the device maker directly; the route runs through Apple Health or Health Connect. Open the COROS app after a workout so the watch syncs first. See how the AI fitness tracker uses that data alongside meals and workouts, or browse all UltraFit360 features.
