What each plan includes
Starter: €25/month
Starter is a working kit for a coach with 3 clients. Payment processing is included from this tier, using Stripe, along with 1-to-1 bookings, habit coaching, metrics and progress photos and chat messaging. The ceilings are 50 workouts and 50 nutrition plans, which a small roster is unlikely to hit quickly but a template-heavy coach might.
Premium: €59/month
Premium is labelled the most popular plan, and it is where the product stops feeling capped. Clients, workouts and nutrition plans become unlimited. It adds an AI workout builder, group bookings, classes and live streams, automated client check-ins, scheduled and automated messaging, program compliance tracking, community features and priority support. The page also showed promotional rates of €29.50 and €15.60 for the first two months; confirm whether those apply when you sign up.
Ultimate: €215/month
Ultimate includes everything in Premium plus concierge support, 5 additional trainers, a custom branded app, a white label app, Check-Ins AI and the Zapier integration. Those are items the lower tiers sell as add-ons, so Ultimate suits a business that would otherwise buy several of them.
Trial, payments and chat
The page offers a 30-day free trial and states "No hidden fees. No card details required." The no-card detail makes it easy to test with a few real clients before you decide.
Payment processing is included from Starter. Chat is available on all plans and the page describes it as instant, scheduled or group messaging. Nutrition plan creation and tracking also sit on every plan, limited to 50 plans on Starter.
What the pages do not list
- US dollar prices. Only euros were captured, and the page may adjust currency by location.
- Named wearable brands. Wearable device integrations are mentioned, but the pricing page does not name Garmin, Apple Watch or any other brand.
- A lead form. The features page lists custom forms and waivers and a Zapier integration, but no lead capture form.
How the plans scale as a roster grows
The structure is unusual: the first step is a hard cap, the second removes it. Starter stops at 3 clients, so almost any working coach moves to Premium quickly. From then on, client count does not change the monthly price, because Premium and Ultimate both list unlimited clients. What changes your bill is how many trainers you add and which add-ons you take.
That makes budgeting simple for a solo coach: after the Starter ceiling the number stays flat. For a team it is more complicated. Each extra trainer is an add-on on Premium, while Ultimate bundles 5, so a growing staff is the situation where Ultimate and Premium plus add-ons should be priced side by side. Choosing annual billing lowers the displayed monthly rate on each plan; the trade-off is committing for a year.
Who each tier fits
- Starter fits a coach testing the water with 3 clients or fewer.
- Premium fits most solo online coaches who want unlimited clients, automated check-ins and group bookings or classes.
- Ultimate fits a coach or small gym that wants a branded or white-label app, several trainers, and Zapier on one plan.
How My PT Hub compares with UltraFit360
My PT Hub is clearly ahead on payments, because payment processing is included from Starter, and on live formats such as classes and live streams.
