Prices checked on September 27, 2026. Feature claims re-checked on October 9, 2026. TrueCoach's pricing page is short: three plans, three client caps, and a flat monthly price for each. That simplicity is useful if you want a number you can budget against. This post covers what each plan costs, what comes with it, the gaps worth knowing about, and how the cost behaves as your roster grows. Confirm the current figures on TrueCoach's own pricing page before you buy.
One thing to understand first: TrueCoach's caps are written in active clients. The pricing page does not define the term, so ask how it is counted. That matters for how you read the caps below.
TrueCoach plans at a glance
| Plan | Price | Client limit | Key inclusions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $26.34/month | Up to 5 active clients | Program and workout builder, client management tracker, MyFitnessPal nutrition and habit tracking, client dashboard, 3,000+ video exercise library, in-app messaging, free automated payments (Stripe) |
| Standard | $57.99/month | Up to 20 active clients | Everything in Starter, plus public coach profiles, wearables integration (Apple, Garmin, WHOOP, OURA), custom-branded fitness app, advanced habit and nutrition tracking, Zapier business automations |
| Pro | $136.99/month | Up to 50 active clients | Everything in Standard, plus Zapier automations for admin tasks |
The page states that annual billing works out to "1 month free" on Starter and "2 months free" on Standard and Pro compared with paying monthly. It is expressed in months, not as a percentage, so you can work out the saving yourself once you pick a plan.
What each plan includes
Starter: $26.34/month
Starter is a full training product for up to 5 active clients. You get the program and workout builder, a client management tracker, a client dashboard, a 3,000+ video exercise library and in-app messaging. Nutrition and habit tracking run through MyFitnessPal. Automated Stripe payments are included here as on every plan.
Standard: $57.99/month
Standard raises the cap to 20 active clients and is where most of the extra features start. Public coach profiles let prospects apply through your profile page. You also get wearables integration (Apple, Garmin, WHOOP and OURA), a custom-branded fitness app, advanced habit and nutrition tracking and Zapier business automations. For a coach who wants a branded app, Standard is the first plan that lists one.
Pro: $136.99/month
Pro keeps everything in Standard and adds Zapier automations for admin tasks, with a cap of 50 active clients. If you are not using Zapier to automate your own admin, Pro is mainly a higher client ceiling.
Payments, teams and forms
Payments. TrueCoach describes automated payments via Stripe as free and includes them on every plan. Stripe's own processing fees are a separate matter; we did not capture them, so check with TrueCoach.
Teams. TrueCoach has Team Accounts. According to its help center, coaches can be added at no additional cost and the subscription is sized on the combined client count. In other words, you pay for how many active clients the team coaches in total, not per coach. The pricing page itself does not mention multi-coach support, so the help article is the place to read the rules.
Forms and check-ins. There is no stand-alone form builder. TrueCoach's help center explains that waivers, questionnaires, assessments and check-ins are built inside the workout builder. That works, but it is a different way of working from a form tool with its own inbox.
Habits. Habit tracking is on the features page, with custom daily, weekly or monthly habits.
What the pricing pages do not list
- Booking or scheduling. No booking tool appears on the features or pricing pages.
- A free plan. None is listed, though the site offers a 14-day trial with no credit card.
- Plans between 51 and 250 clients. The three plans stop at 50 active clients, and the page mentions custom pricing above 250 clients (contact sales). What applies in between is not shown in the plan details.
- Annual prices in dollars. The annual discount is stated in months. We did not capture a separate annual price, so check with TrueCoach.
How the plans scale as a roster grows
TrueCoach scales in three steps with fairly small gaps in client count at the bottom and a big one at the top. A coach with 5 active clients pays the Starter price; the sixth active client forces a move to Standard. Standard holds up to 20, and the twenty-first moves you to Pro. Because the caps are low, you will meet the thresholds early, which is the main thing to plan for.
The flip side is that a team does not multiply the bill. Since coaches can be added at no additional cost and the subscription follows the combined client count, a studio with three coaches and 30 clients sits on the same plan as a solo coach with 30 clients. Also remember the word "active": the caps are written in active clients, and the pricing page does not define the term, so ask TrueCoach how it counts them before you rely on a cap.
Who each plan fits
- Starter fits a coach with a handful of clients who mostly wants a clean workout builder, a big video library and payments handled for them.
- Standard fits a coach with up to 20 clients who wants a branded app, wearable data and a public profile that brings in enquiries.
- Pro fits a coach near 50 active clients, or one who uses Zapier heavily for admin.
How TrueCoach compares with UltraFit360
TrueCoach is stronger on payments, because it includes Stripe payments on every plan and UltraFit360 has no client payments or billing feature. It also lists a custom-branded app and named wearable integrations on Standard, and it has a 3,000+ video exercise library. UltraFit360's chat is not instant and has no attachments, while TrueCoach lists in-app messaging on every plan.
UltraFit360 puts more of the business side inside the product: a lead page with an enquiry form and pipeline, a booking page that lists call length, notice and time-off settings, a questionnaire builder with one review inbox, and an AI Meal Planner. Clients also keep their workout and meal history when coaching ends. If you want leads, booking and check-ins in one place and handle payments separately, see the UltraFit360 booking tools. If you are weighing TrueCoach against others, our TrueCoach alternatives post goes wider.
