Prices checked on September 27, 2026. Feature claims re-checked on October 9, 2026. PT Distinction combines a low monthly fee that includes a small number of clients, with a per-client charge for anyone beyond that. This post explains each plan, what the extra-client charge means in practice, what is bundled, and what the pages do not mention. Check PT Distinction's own pricing page for current numbers before you commit.
The model rewards coaches who think about their roster size, because the cheapest headline price is not the cheapest plan for every client count.

What each plan includes
Basic: $19.90/month
Basic is notable for how much it bundles. Beyond the apps and AI program builder you get nutrition coaching with an AI meal planner, an AI assistant, client assessments, group training, scheduled email and SMS, automated workflows, on-demand coaching, habit tracking, exercise technique video reviews, templates and payment processing for packages. Community access and same-day support round it out. The catch is the size: 3 clients are included, and each extra client costs $6.00/month.
Pro: $59.90/month
Pro keeps all of Basic and adds custom-branded Android and iOS apps and website integration. It includes 25 clients, and extras are $2.40/month each. Pro is the first tier that lists a branded app, so it is where a coach who wants clients to see their own name should start.
Master: $89.90/month
Master has the same feature list as Pro, with 50 clients included and extras at $1.60/month each. In other words you are paying for more included clients and a lower per-client rate, not for new features.
The extra-client charge, explained
The rate falls as you climb: $6.00 on Basic, $2.40 on Pro and $1.60 on Master. That is the whole logic of the ladder. A tier makes sense when the clients you would pay for individually on the lower tier cost more than the step up in monthly price. Because the features are identical between Pro and Master, the choice between those two is purely arithmetic about your roster, and you can do it with your own client count in a minute. We have deliberately not worked out sample totals here, since the right figure depends on your numbers and any change to the page.
What the pricing pages do not list
- Annual pricing. The monthly prices are the ones displayed, and we did not capture an annual price, so check with PT Distinction.
- Lead capture and appointment booking. Neither is listed on the features or pricing pages. The calendar described on the features page is the client's training schedule, not a booking page for prospects.
- Named integrations. Third-party integrations are mentioned generically, with no names such as Zapier or specific wearables.
- Exercise library size. "Exercise technique video reviews" are listed, but a library count is not stated.
Teams and payments
The pricing page says "You can add as many trainers as you wish to for free." That is a notable line for a gym or a coaching business with several staff, though the plan table does not show it as its own row, so ask PT Distinction how client counts are pooled across trainers. Payment processing for packages is listed on every plan, which helps if you sell fixed-length packages. We did not capture the processing fees or the payment provider, so check with PT Distinction.
How the plans scale as a roster grows
PT Distinction's model is gradual. There are no hard walls: when you pass the included clients you simply start paying a per-client charge, and the charge becomes smaller on a higher plan. Basic suits up to about 9 clients, because by 10 clients Basic with its per-client extras already costs more than Pro. Pro suits roughly 10 to 37 clients. Master suits about 38 clients and up, because past that point Pro with its extras costs more than Master.
This smoothness is useful because you never face a sudden jump. The downside is predictability: your bill moves with every added client, so it is harder to forecast than a flat plan.
Who each plan fits
- Basic fits a coach with up to about 9 clients who wants the broad feature list at a low base price.
- Pro fits a coach with roughly 10 to 37 clients who wants a branded app and a lower per-client rate.
- Master fits a coach or business with about 38 clients or more, because past that point Pro with extras costs more than Master, and it has the lowest listed extra-client rate.
How PT Distinction compares with UltraFit360
PT Distinction includes more automation in its base plan: scheduled email and SMS, automated workflows, on-demand coaching and an AI assistant. It also processes payments for packages and offers a branded app on Pro and Master. UltraFit360 has no client payments or billing feature, so fees are collected outside the platform, and its chat is not instant and has no attachments.
UltraFit360 covers the pre-sale side that PT Distinction does not list: a lead page with a qualified enquiry form and a pipeline, plus a booking page where prospects choose a time that fits your weekly hours and notice settings. It also has a questionnaire builder with a single review inbox, a program builder with a filterable exercise library, and team features with a shared client pool.
