Prices checked on September 27, 2026 and may change — always confirm current numbers on Everfit's own pricing page before you buy. This post is for coaches deciding whether Everfit fits their business: what each plan costs, what it actually includes, where the add-ons sit, and what to check if you're weighing an alternative.
Everfit's structure is simpler to describe than some competitors': a genuinely free Starter tier with a real 5-client limit, then two paid tiers — Pro and Studio — that both scale across a wide client-count range, followed by a custom Enterprise tier for large operations. Because Pro and Studio each show a wide price range (for example, Pro runs $16–$255/month billed annually), the number you'll actually pay depends heavily on where your roster sits inside that range, rather than the low end of the range you might assume from the headline price.
Below, we cover what each plan actually includes, where the paid add-ons sit, who each plan realistically suits, and a checklist for evaluating any alternative — including Trainerize.

What's included, plan by plan
Starter (Forever Free) — $0/month
Starter supports up to 5 clients, with a custom exercise library, workout builder, metrics and progress photos, tasks, inbox messaging and the client and coach apps for iOS and Android. Booking, habit coaching, forms and food journal and macro tracking all start at Pro.
Pro — $16–$255/month billed annually
Pro spans $16–$255/month billed annually ($19–$290/month billed monthly), scaling across 5 to 300+ clients. It adds booking and scheduling, habit coaching, forms and questionnaires, food journal and macros tracking, basic meal plans, an advanced program builder, custom branding, community forums and team member management.
On UltraFit360: a coach booking page handles intro-call scheduling (configurable call length, notice window and booking window), a questionnaire builder covers forms and check-ins, and teams let a head coach share a client pool with invited coaches. UltraFit360 doesn't offer a custom-branded app — the client app is UltraFit360's own, not white-labeled to your business.
Studio — $88–$358/month billed annually
Studio runs $88–$358/month billed annually ($105–$430/month billed monthly), for rosters of 50 to 500+ clients. It adds group chat, broadcast messages, training asset upload, and an on-demand training portal.
On UltraFit360, there's no group chat, broadcast messaging or on-demand content portal — messaging is one-to-one, and there's no built-in library for selling pre-recorded content.
Enterprise — custom pricing
Enterprise is contact-sales pricing for 500+ clients, with a white label solution, API integrations, Apple/Google developer support, 24/7 support and a dedicated customer success manager. This tier is sized for 500+ client operations.
Add-ons
Everfit sells four add-ons separately from the core plans. Three of these are sold only as add-ons; On-Demand Collections is included in Studio. Factor them in when comparing Everfit's total monthly cost with other platforms.
- Autoflow (automation) — $24–$29/month and up, usage-based.
- On-Demand Collections — $21–$25/month (included in Studio).
- Payments & Packages — $8–$9/month, for client payments and packages.
- Meal Plans & Recipe Books — $33–$39/month, for auto-generated meal plans on top of Pro's food journal and basic meal plans.
Note that named wearable integrations (like Apple Health or Garmin) aren't listed on Everfit's own pricing page, so if that matters to your workflow, confirm directly with Everfit before switching.
How UltraFit360 compares on each:
- Payments & Packages — UltraFit360 doesn't process client payments. Packages exist as a business tool (duration, price, inclusions; picking one sets the client's plan end date, and packages ending soon show in notifications), but you'd still collect payment outside the platform.
- Meal Plans & Recipe Books — an AI Meal Planner builds plans from calories, macros, meal split, diet type, cuisine and allergies, and a PDF meal plan can be uploaded and converted, alongside a manual ingredient-level builder.
- Autoflow — UltraFit360 doesn't run multi-step automated workflows. Check-ins can be scheduled weekly, and a single "Needs you" list surfaces overdue check-ins, check-ins to review, new messages and leads, and packages ending soon — a notifications list you act on, not automation that acts on its own.
- On-Demand Collections — there's no equivalent; UltraFit360 has no on-demand content library or asset-upload feature for selling pre-recorded programs.
Where Everfit is stronger
To be fair to Everfit: Starter is a genuinely usable free tier, not a stripped-down trial, and it covers a real early roster. At the high end, Enterprise's white-label solution, API integrations and dedicated customer success manager suit a multi-location business. Studio's group chat, broadcast messaging and on-demand training portal are also real gaps in UltraFit360 today — if you run group programming or sell a content library, Everfit has purpose-built tools for that and UltraFit360 doesn't. Pro's custom branding and the Payments & Packages add-on are two more places Everfit covers ground UltraFit360 doesn't: a white-labeled client app and built-in client payment processing.
Who each plan suits
- Starter suits a new coach with up to 5 clients who wants real client-app functionality, not a stripped-down trial. Of the free tiers in this category, Starter's 5-client limit gives you meaningfully more room to test the platform than a single-client free tier would, and it's a genuine way to run a small early roster rather than just a demo account.
- Pro suits a coach who has outgrown Starter's 5-client limit and needs booking, habit coaching, forms and nutrition tracking bundled in. Because Pro's price scales across such a wide client range, a coach near the bottom of that range and a coach near the top will see very different monthly bills for the same feature set.
- Studio suits a coach or small team running group programming, on-demand content, or a mix of both, where group chat and an on-demand portal are worth the higher price. If you don't run group sessions or a content library, most of what Studio adds over Pro won't be used day to day.
- Enterprise suits a large, multi-location business that needs white labeling, API integrations, and dedicated support — well beyond what an independent coach typically needs. Since pricing is custom, you'd need to contact Everfit's sales team directly to get a number rather than relying on a published figure.
How the tiered pricing scales in practice
Because both Pro and Studio scale with client count across a wide band, the meaningful comparison isn't the headline low-end or high-end number, but where your roster actually sits today and where you expect it to sit in a year. A coach comparing Everfit against Trainerize or another platform should plug in their real (or projected) client count on both sides rather than comparing the cheapest published figure on one platform against the most expensive on another.
A note on billing periods
Everfit quotes a lower annual rate than the equivalent monthly rate on both Pro and Studio (Pro: $16–$255/month annually versus $19–$290/month monthly; Studio: $88–$358/month annually versus $105–$430/month monthly). When comparing Everfit's cost against Trainerize or another platform, make sure you're comparing the same billing period on both sides, since mixing an annual figure with a monthly one will skew the comparison.
Questions to ask before you switch
Everfit's Pro plan covers the core workflow, but several things a coach actually needs sit behind separate line items — Payments & Packages, Meal Plans & Recipe Books, Autoflow, On-Demand Collections. Before switching to Trainerize or another name on the Trainerize alternatives list, price out the same add-ons on the option you're considering rather than comparing base-plan numbers alone.
- Does the alternative bundle billing, or add it on? Everfit charges $8–$9/month extra for Payments & Packages. Some alternatives bundle client payments into a base plan; others, including UltraFit360, don't process client payments at all — confirm which applies before you assume the feature exists.
- What does "meal plans" actually mean on that plan? Everfit's Pro tier includes a food journal and basic meal plans, but auto-generated plans and recipe books cost another $33–$39/month. Ask whether the alternative's meal-planning tools ship standard or carry their own add-on price.
- Is "automation" a workflow engine or a to-do list? Autoflow runs $24–$29/month and up, priced on usage. Check what's actually automated versus what's just a prioritized list for you to act on.
- Team support at what tier? Everfit's team member management is bundled into Pro. Check whether an alternative includes team management at a comparable tier or prices each additional coach separately.
- What happens to a client's data when coaching ends? On UltraFit360's client app, the client keeps their history and the AI coach continues with them. Ask any alternative you're considering the same question.

Frequently asked questions
Is Everfit's free Starter plan enough to run a coaching business?
Starter supports up to 5 clients at $0/month, compared to Trainerize's free Basic plan which supports 1 coaching client. It includes a custom exercise library, workout builder, metrics and progress photos, tasks, inbox messaging and the client/coach apps, so a small early roster can run entirely on Starter. Booking, habit coaching, forms, food journal and macro tracking are all gated behind Pro, though.
How much does Everfit's Pro plan cost?
Pro runs $16–$255/month billed annually or $19–$290/month billed monthly, scaling with client count from 5 up to 300+ clients. It adds booking and scheduling, habit coaching, forms and questionnaires, food journal and macro tracking, basic meal plans, an advanced program builder, custom branding and team member management.
Does Everfit charge extra for client payments and meal plans?
Yes. Payments & Packages is a $8–$9/month add-on, and Meal Plans & Recipe Books is a separate $33–$39/month add-on for auto-generated meal plans. The Pro plan's own food journal and basic meal plans are included, but the more advanced auto-generated meal planning sits behind the add-on.
What's the difference between Everfit's Pro and Studio plans?
Studio runs $88–$358/month billed annually or $105–$430/month billed monthly, for 50 to 500+ clients, and adds group chat, broadcast messages, training asset upload and an on-demand training portal. Pro fits a growing solo coach or small team; Studio is built for a bigger operation running on-demand content and group programming.
